Fun fact about the yell. I saw this I think on sports science or something years ago. But those big ass strong men that break the piles of cinderblocks have confirmed that yelling helps them get that extra bit of energy out in breaking through the rest of the cinderblocks. They did test where they screamed, and test where they didn’t. The test of them yelling in the hit was significantly better than without. I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes the same in other scenarios where you need to get that last extra hmp out, like throwing, lifting, or hitting.
