🔴Simple Way to Fast Build a House | Best TIMELAPSE in 25 minutes

This is a short version of the complete construction of a simple affordable home, watch the full video here: kzonlines.info/up/pdR0mKmngpFommQ/bejne
We built this house for elderly parents. By design, the house is simple and consists of light blocks (aerated concrete).
The total area of the house is 640 square feet and the exterior dimensions are 18 by 22 feet.
We built this house without loans and on a small budget of $17,000. This cost also included the purchase of a piece of land for $2,000. The total budget did not include the cost of workers, since we did all the work ourselves.
We are a happy couple Hena and Vita
We like to create with our own hands, in this we find ourselves. We love making videos and try to make them useful. Therefore, we will develop ourselves and will continue to develop this channel.
We have many more DIY projects that we will definitely surprise you with. If you support family values and love to create with your own hands, welcome to our family "CREATIVE COUPLE"

Nie wierzę własnym oczom.. Tyle pozytywnej energii od was bije.. Genialne podejście do życia 👏 Nie jedna para mogła by z was brać przykład.. To czcza gadanina.. To piękne. Życzę Wam zdrowych wesołych świąt Kochani..Choć u was wesołe będą napewno 😅 Nie przestawajcie być sobą w was jest nadzieja.💪 Pozdrawiam i przesyłam wyrazy szacunku 😉

first, I love the energy you two have, the humor, the lighthearted process that you show us is really a rare thing to find today; especially thinking about the hard work you put in. Many of us would find shit to fight about under such heavy labor. Second, I adored the idea of building a small yet efficient, cozy and easy to maintain for elderly parents that would have struggle otherwise. And thirds, dude you got me thinking that I could build a house for myself for a split-second there, not gonna lie. Awesome stuff!

In the olden days that’s exactly how it was if you wanted something you had to make it there were no contractors builders or any of that nonsense and you didn’t have to go through a bunch of red tape to a erect a structure It’s been turned into such a circus now they make it almost impossible for you to do things yourself because you have to have all these licenses and what not otherwise they’re going to scrutinize everything you do and they might make you tear it down and do it again so thanks to our government whether be federal or local They have made it impossible for people to actually have a happy life If nothing else they’ve definitely put people to the test and if you don’t have the money they don’t care you can live in your car like I do for 6 1/2 years People need to come together Try to help each other not only by building your skill set but I actually having practical experience and some people out there who are in better positions should buy large pieces of land and allow people to have their own plot helping them to build and live as a community grow their own food and start opting out of all of the stuff that people participate in fund right now because every bit of it is bad for us no one‘s looking out for us they’re just looking for our money and according to them if we don’t have it we’re not worthy of having our basic needs met

Really lovely job. You made that look easy, and I know it's not! Just curious, you spent such time making the inside look great, why wasn't the outside of the building also rendered and painted?

Pozdrawiam i życzę wszystkim tyle optymizmu ile posiadają Ci młodzi sympatyczni ludzie.

Nice ! Love the energy and attitude of the people working on the building. The only problem is - the walls are not attached to the foundation by any means. At @1:11 you lay strip of black tar paper over the concrete, then place building blocks on top of it. That is the weakest point of this structure. So if any earthquake shakes with the land, the house will slide off of the slab.

I Denmark you would be fined or worse to build like that, so many laughable rules to insure normal people can not build anything themselves and are forced to use professionals. Wonderful job by the way, much respect for skills.

Neat! I figured that it was a cold climate by the depth of the water line. Three comments: The AAC blocks don’t have much insulation value and are sold as having Thermal Mass. That’s fine if you live in a place with cold nights and hot days. Not so much if it stays cold for weeks. Floor heat sends a lot of heat to the ground. Hopefully they can isolate that and just use the radiators sometimes. The foam outside the foundation isn’t good in warm climates. Bugs eat it. A fourth: It’s possible to route a path for electrical conduit deep inside the walls instead of having wires near the inside surface and worrying about hanging pictures on the walls. Nice finished product!

This was a fun video. The Time-lapse footage made the stone and the wood you where using look like Styrofoam and cardboard. It was really interesting.
