My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life. 🙏

I’ve been listening to this music for awhile now and is has helped me when going through bad times, it helps me relax and focus on sleeping. After hearing many stories of the things that people are going through in the comments just reminds me of how I have a wonderful life with loving people in it. I want to say no madder what your going through it’s going to get better and I whist you a happy sleep, full of happiness. I should really be telling these things to myself but it’s just a habit of mine to always be stressed and wanting to know all the time what’s going on and wanting to in control of many situations.
